Hello and welcome back! I hope you have all been enjoying your summer. I have been on hiatus from the show as things in my reality began to crumble to make space for a new vision and chapter of my life. I have been working on changing my reality and thoughts to align with this new vision for quite some time- perhaps that needs an episode on its own.

Today, I want to explore the importance of creating personal realities that support the collective reality in which we live. Another way to refer to this concept is with what is called, “conscious creation.” Reality is a mirror constantly reflecting our inner state and belief system.

In childhood, we are all given a program, a code, that is imprinted in our subconscious (the inner child) which sets the tone for how we create reality within the collective world. For many of us, we have wounding in these formative years creating limiting beliefs and emotional blocks, hindering us from our deepest desires and callings.

The way to truly change your reality is to reparent your inner child, shift your energy, choose better-feeling thoughts that keep your vibration high, and embody the version of self you desire to be. The authentic YOU that YOU came here to be.
