Veronique Rozan shares how she manages TE Connectivity’s worldwide sensor portfolio, builds value-based pricing, navigates tariffs and constant change, and balances (by choice) a demanding executive career with family, offering candid advice for aspiring women leaders.

Born in France to parents from Vietnam (father 50/50 French/Vietnamese, mother 100% Vietnamese), Veronique was raised to work hard and dreamed of living abroad. After earning her MSEE, she began as an application engineer to meet customers and solve their problems, then moved into project management for a holistic view of product development. In 2010 she and her husband relocated to California, where she spent 10 years at Maxim Integrated rising to Executive Director over analog ICs for automotive and consumer markets. In 2021 she joined TE Connectivity to take on more complex products—pressure sensors—and now leads all product management and pricing across every TE sensor market. A self-starter fueled by continuous improvement, she has repeatedly built or transformed functions throughout her career.
