33 - Pharoah's Curses, Reunited Families and Carving through Mountains

It's Friday which means yet another weekly fact finding mission with Gill Smith and Pete Moor.

This episode sees Gill sharing the story of Juliette Gordon Low using her last worldly possession to start a National Movement, as well as how the Pharoah's Curse from ancient Egypt may be helping scientists find a cure for cancer.

Pete shares a similar breakthrough regarding how dopamine works and how it may lead to better treatment of several brain based diseases and a story of pure chance which solved a two-decade long mystery of a long lost daughter.

Finally Gill and Pete realise they are huge under achievers when compared to both Sir David Attenborough and indeed, Gill's brother.
