Neal worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, spending eight years on Wall Street. Following the very sudden and unexpected death of his mother, he took a step back to examine his life and purpose, who he was, and reevaluate his broader perspective. Neal utilized spirituality alongside scientific research and deep daily personal development study to find deep inner peace, balance, and lasting success.

Neal is keenly aware that the vessel of the physical body is to be taken care of, as it carries us through this life. However, his true realization came from awakening to the deeper voice within himself – unveiling the true nature of Consciousness. Neal is a certified life coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School and individually accredited through the Association for Coaching. He is a certified reiki energy healing practitioner, SOMA Breath breathwork instructor, and angel medium. Core staples of his coaching programs include deep self-awareness, meditation, energy clearing and balancing, accountability, and habit formation.
