Aaron Fernandez is the Defensive Line Coach at The University of Northern Colorado. Originally from Arizona, Coach Fernandez played at Southern Utah and then coached at SUU for 14 years. During his time at SUU, Aaron coached many different positions including Tight Ends and Offensive Line as well as spending time as the Special Teams Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator. We talk about the evaluation process for college coaches, ethos in his defensive line room and energy as a coach on the field. Coach Fernandez has many resources for High School coaches.
