Il 31 agosto 1994 l'IRA (l'esercito repubblicano irlandese) dichiara un cessate il fuoco: è il primo momento di speranza in quasi trent'anni di violenze. L'album al centro di questa puntata viene anticipato il 12 settembre 1994 da un singolo che va a finire dritto dritto nel novero di canzoni simbolo del periodo. Il pezzo è tragicamente ispirato a un attentato compiuto proprio dall'IRA nel 1993 a Warrington, su suolo britannico, in cui muoiono due bambini e si contano decine di feriti.
