加明老師已於教育界服務二十來年，目前是臺北市政府教育局支援教師，曾任西松高級中學教務主任，老師在教學設計和行政奉獻甚多，曾獲2016全國學校經營與教學創新KDP國際認證獎，教學創新類佳作，也協助推廣臺北酷課雲數位學習平臺等等。老師時時具備她五「心」級教育信念：『愛心』、『耐心』、『善心』、『真心』與『熱心』。
