 新店舗が続々オープンしている「ほねごり」。今回は阿部社長と鍼灸師で新入社員の指導も担当されている鈴野賢幸さんにご登場いただき、2025年度の新入社員の研修について伺いました!1か月間、施術研修をみっちり行い、最終テストは阿部社長が自ら体をはって確認し、合格点をとれた社員だけが「ほねごり」で施術します。 阿部社長曰く、技術だけでなく1年後のライフプランがたてられるよう人としても育てていきたいとお話してくれました。4月のキャンペーンのお話はもちろん、さらに、5月には、待望の横浜市内にも新店舗についても伺っています。
