From 17 strangers meeting for the first time in Cambridge to a supportive, vulnerable and connected group at the end of the weekend. 3 peaks was our goal, but everyone came away with a richer experience - we enjoyed the journey, learnt from each other, passed on the egos and endured the pain to complete the challenge.
