Un’azione di semi-spionaggio amministrativo della quale nessuno vuole prendersi il merito nonostante abbia salvato 500 posti di lavoro. Forse è perché contestualmente si sono senza motivo ridotte anche le sanzioni per i privati e di conseguenza le entrate per i Comuni?
