27: The Benefits of a Dark, Cold, Rainy Day (Yes, Benefits)

  • Summary

  • Today I talk about my experience of waking up to the benefits of a dark, cloudy, rainy, cold day in Montana. I say "waking up" because I walked outside not feeling those benefits but then something in me kind of snapped into place and I began to see my day, and what was around me, in a whole new light, from a whole new perspective.

I share what this experience was like, what I learned from it, and what I discovered was the cause of my shift in perspective.
