Hi Friends,

If you have a room full of sentimental items, this episode is for you. Here is the four steps I talk about in the episode:

  1. block out at least two hours - this type of decuttering is not a race
  2. Put yourself in a grounded state, breathe, take a walk, whatever you need to do
  3. Go into that room and allow yourself to feel. Don't look at it as stress or clutter. think of it as a treasure hunt for good energy. While you are going through the process, allow yoursefl to emotionally process all the things in that room. Let it in, and then notice what in this room makes me feel good? Choose the one or two or three things that you will treasure.
  4. Load up the rest and let them go.

I hope this helps you!

XO,

Amber
