「会社はずっとあり続ける」いわゆる「継続企業の前提」（ゴーイング・コンサーン）は、ビジネスでは当たり前の考え方です。
ただ、入山先生は「会社が終わるときというのは、だいたい赤字になって倒産するか、ボロボロになって買収される」と、存続だけではなく終わり方を考えることも重要だと言います。
