中国经济有四个关键词：消费、通货紧缩、民营企业、美国关税。中共承诺“大力提振消费”，但是既没有提供多少具体细节，也没有表示会拿出多少资金支持。大言炎炎，小钱可怜，空话连篇。中国供给过剩，需求低迷， 通货紧缩日益明显。中共向民营企业家发出求救信号，试图静悄悄纠偏以扭转国进民退带来的衰退。但是不承认已经犯下的罪恶，“纠偏”当是毫无信用和效果的。而美国决定对中国产品征收额外关税20%，致使中国经济雪上加霜。
面对世局的动荡变幻，北京在外交上呈现高度机会主义的鸡贼手段，见人说人话，见鬼说鬼话，对俄国对欧洲乌克兰对美国——三方下注，试图趁机建立一个美俄欧中四极主宰世界的架构。短暂的机会或可能出现，然而作长远想，则必为黄粱一梦。
