（直播回顧）財政司司長陳茂波今日發表新一份財政預算案，陳茂波表示今個財政年度的赤字達872億元，同時亦宣布來年政府全面凍薪。
政府收入繼續下降，去年賣地收入只有135億元。在財赤之下，陳茂波指將會加大發債額度，同時間增加機場離境稅、告票、公路隧道幹線收費等各項政府收費。
