In this 5-minute breathwork experience, we are Breathing Presence

Using long, slow, deep breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth. Feeling the breath move up the up with the inhale and down the body with the exhales. This is one of my favourite breath techniques to use to bring me into the present moment and recenter myself.

This session is best done seated.
