Today we’re leaning into a topic we know all too well: stress. BUT, we know it SO well, we ignore it, don’t see, deal with it. Something we know to be true- stress is present, but I don't hear in real conversations people being honest about their stress and health connection. Specifically, the way stress is making nurses, healthcare providers, caregivers—moms like you and me—sick.

This isn’t just about “feeling stressed.” We’re talking about what happens when stress stays in your body. Chronic stress → chronic inflammation → chronic disease. And the scary part? Sometimes we don’t even notice it’s happening, because we’re so used to carrying it all. And then we have a health issue and don't see the stress that's contributing or at the root even. Let’s unpack how this stress is making us sick and even my own healing story!
