It’s one of the most common questions that I get asked. 'Is there anything I can eat that will help me sleep?' And, listen, it’s not as simple as saying ‘eat this and have eight uninterrupted hours’. But, in as far as sleep is the product of your brain and your brain is an organ that depends on good nutrition for optimal function, there are some foods and nutrients that have been associated with changes in sleep quality.
