第122回テーマは「外国人インターンシップ受入について」
以前のポッドキャストで、少し触れさせていただいたインドネシアの大学生インターンシップ受入。
今年度は大学４年生のNurman（ヌルマン）くんが、当社へインターンシップ生としてイワサキ経営にやってきました！
すでに半年、オンラインでインターンシップを行っていて、残りの半年、日本で直接企業に学びに来ています。
また大学授業の一環として単位も取得できるとのこと。地元大学と提携することで実現した今回の取り組み。
将来はシステムエンジニアを目指しているヌルマン君、イワサキ経営のSEと一緒に実務をこなしながらスキルアップ中です。
また、ヨッシーの秘密兵器「chatGPT通訳」の実演も行いました。
