６月下旬、富士吉田商工会議所青年部様の例会にて講演したヨッシー。
その際、例会担当委員長が講師情報を得ようと当ポッドキャストをヘビーローテーションして、懇親会の席次に配慮したりトマトをサラダから外してくれたり等至れり尽くせりの設営をしてくれました。
もちろん委員長だけでなく、会長をはじめメンバーの皆様より様々な過分なるおもてなしをしていただき、大変感激したそうです。

そこで今回は「おもてなし」についてお話しました。
今までも全国各所で、大変うれしいおもてなしをたくさんしていただいた、ヨッシーが考えるおもてなしの本質を、経営的視点で語らせていただきました。


そして、収録をしながら自身は果たして「おもてなし」をしっかりできているのか？？
いや、改めてきちんとおもてなしの精神をもとうと決意したヨッシー。
