“The way I see it is, lead with your feminine, follow with the masculine. So meaning we have to listen to our intuition where a man is like, Oh, I gotta wake up earlier, and it doesn't matter if I feel horrible, I'm gonna ignore the body and I'm gonna go, and if women do that, you will end up with some kind of disease if you love that job, great, but I would just push it to the next level and say, does it align with your values as a woman? Does it feel supportive? And if it doesn't, then it's time to pivot and listen to the intuition..”- Claude Racine

For more than two decades, Claude made a name for herself as a professional dancer, sharing the stage with some big name talent including JLo, Chris Brown,and Carmen Electra and she choreographed performances for popular tv shows such as Will and Grace and Fuller House. In 2020 when the entertainment industry crumbled she found herself unemployed and battling postpartum depression and Hashimoto’s disease. Through her own healing journey she was able to reverse her diagnosis and transform her body. Now, she is fiercely dedicated to helping other women heal from the inside out, embracing the very same tools that changed her life, through her signature program - Glow Up With Claude, a lifestyle and wellness mindset coaching program.
