La vaya del atrio rectangular del Tabernáculo medía 100 cúbitos de longitud. En la Biblia, un cúbito era la longitud entre el codo y la punta de dedo, es decir unos 45 centímetros actuales. Por tanto la vaya del Tabernáculo medían 45 m de longitud, y 50 cúbitos de ancho, es decir 22.5 metros. Este era el tamaño de la Casa donde residía Dios entre el pueblo de Israel en el Antiguo Testamento.
