Did you know that God desires for us to have friends? All over the book of Proverbs, especially chapter 27, God shows us that friendships are a vital component to our growth in the character of God. The very fact that Solomon spends so much time on the value of friendship tells us we need them. Yet so many people struggle to make friends and maintain close friendships. This Sunday we will look at four principles of biblical friendship and I hope these challenge you, convict you, and motivate you to not only pursue biblical friendship but be a godly friend to others.
