One of the most important things I learned in marriage was how to manage my anger. Growing up, I watched my parents fight, and every fight would devolve into the same pattern of disrespect and dishonor, and I picked up their dysfunctional ways of fighting, so I had to unlearn those habits, before adopting new ones to fight more productively.
So today, we’ll talk about how we can manage my anger, through boundaries, and ultimately fight clean for resolution, while maintaining love and respect in the marriage.
