Im Folgenden werden wir eine Übersicht zu vier ausgewählten Lerntheorien geben und dabei uns besonders darauf fokussieren, welche dieser Lerntheorien am besten als Grundlage für eLearnings geeignet ist. Die vier Lerntheorien sind der Behaviorismus, der Kognitivismus, der Konstruktivismus und der Konnektivismus.
