About this listen

Welcome back, TIPSters! We're excited to welcome Dr. Lori Doyle, Director of Concordia University Irvine's Masters in Educational Leadership Program and Assistant Director of the Servant Leadership Institute. Dr. Doyle was instrumental in the launch of CUI’s SLI and in developing a new way to assess servant leadership. In this episode, she talks Ashlie and Gilbert through SLI’s unique definition of servant leadership, rooted in four core virtues: humility, compassion, honesty, and courage. She also shared how she and her team developed a new empirical assessment tool to measure students' knowledge of these servant leadership virtues and how SLI helps to change that over time. Let’s get started!
