Stress can be formed by anything that takes us out of our comfort zone. Covid-19/coronavirus was forced upon us so quickly that we had very little time to prepare for it. Lockdown has been an experience many of us were unfamiliar with, and we had no way of gauging what it was like from previous experiences. The knock-on effect is more stress entering our bodies as we learn to deal with new challenges. Tony discusses how stress and energy are related and how by understanding this link we can avoid future stresses and maintain positive physical and mental health.
