 ワールドツアーシステム株式会社の中川会長は、前職を退職後「自ら雇用を生み、社員と喜びを分かち合う」ことを使命に1997年に創業。コロナ禍で旅行需要が激減する中も挑戦を止めず、2021年にはバス事業を立ち上げ、自社運営による利益向上モデルを確立しました。教育旅行や万博関連事業を通じて信頼を積み重ね、今後は少子化時代に対応した質の高いサービスと効率的運営を追求されています。協調性と柔軟性を備えた人材とともに、会社を「生活の一部であり、やりがいを共有できる場」として未来へつなぐお話をお伺いしました。
