「透明性は、信頼を生む」
この言葉を聞いたとき、僕の頭に浮かんだのは、「透明性ってルールの話？」という違和感でした。透明性と信頼は、まったく同じものではない。むしろ、別の軸で捉えるべきだと僕は思っています。
この記事では、僕が考える「信頼と透明性の関係性」、そしてそれをどんなふるまいで体現しているかを言葉にしてみようと思います。
