 2025年2月27日，泰国将40名寻求庇护的维吾尔人遣返回中国，此举遭到联合国官员及国际舆论的强烈谴责。这些人回国后可能面临酷刑和长期监禁。其实，二十多年来，在东南亚，不仅泰国，还有其他东盟国家，都有此类反人道且违反国际法的遣返。被遣返者，还包括流亡海外的中国异议人士和民运领袖：阿海（桂民海）、王炳章、彭明、姚文田……。由于北京政权多年来在经济和政治上的利诱和胁迫，文化上的渗透和同化，军事上的骚扰、扩张与逼迫，东南亚多数国家难于抵挡北方这一庞然大物的滴水不漏的经营和咄咄逼人的压迫，多数国家采取了默认与屈从的态度，以至于柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸、泰国等国家已经成为北京政权的藩属国。最近，美国与乌克兰及欧洲在俄乌战争问题上的意见分歧，令习政权认为他们所谓“新雅尔塔会议”三分天下的机会来临了。然而就历史与现实的逻辑观察，这一想像不过是黄粱一梦而已。
