今週、坂の上に訪ねてきてくださったのは、伊予市役所産業建設部商工観光課地域プロジェクトマネージャーの十倉秀樹さん。地域プロジェクトマネージャーとは「専門的知識やこれまでの経験で培った人脈などを活用し、関係者間をつなぎながらプロジェクトをマネジメントする橋渡しの人材を、重要プロジェクトの責任者として市町村が任用する制度」ということで、十倉さんは今治タオル専門店副社長や西条市の「糸プロジェクト」などに関わった経歴を活かそうと昨年応募し、伊予市の地域プロジェクトマネージャーに着任されました。着目したのは、伊予市中山の「ヨモギ」。山間ならどこにでも生えていそうな「ヨモギ」による地域づくり、いったいどのようなものなのでしょうか？キーワードは「ヨモギはたくさん生えてるんだけど」「中山っ子と愛媛大学の学生さん」「子どもが動くと地域が動いた」です。
