今週は「坂の上の雲ミュージアム」から生放送！7月28日にオープンしたばかりの「こども本の森 松山」の室長である菅 弥和乃（みわの）さんをゲストに、「本」という大きなテーマでお話を伺いました。「坂の上のミュージアム」を手掛けた建築家の安藤忠雄さんが、未来を担う子どもたちに「本に親しんでもらいたい」という強い想いで、全国各地に設計・建築して寄贈している“こどものための図書施設”。ですが、中を覗いてみると幼児向けの絵本から大人が読む専門書まで、幅広い本が4300冊あまり集められています。「坂の上の雲」の小説のそばに「竜馬がゆく」の漫画があったり、松山城や道後温泉など地域を知ることができる本、アートや科学の本など、この施設ならではの選書で、赤ちゃんから大人まで楽しめる「こども本の森 松山」。安藤忠雄さんはオープン向けたメッセージの中で「本を読むことは心の中で旅をすることです」と述べています。そんな旅を楽しみに、ぜひ一度訪れてみてください！
