This is probably one of the most important books you will ever read in your life. Dr Batmanghelidj has provided the world with the key to lifelong health. The fact that this simple solution, in line with Mother Nature, will secure a lifetime of health should be known by all - and it is a crime that it has been held from the masses due to the agenda of the modern pharmaceutical industry. Whilst some of the information comes across as a little technical, I loved this book and the vital information within it. Thank you, Dr Batman!

I understand why modern medicine doesn't want us drinking more water or using salt it is criminal that it isn't encouraged more though it could be at the expense of the medical system.
Drink up now just water will do. Chew your food.

listening to this book has proved life saving! the well-meant suggestions of loved ones to pleeease drink more were unfortunately lost on me for a long time as I did not feel any thirst signals. often I heard the same from others too.

what dr. batmanghelidj did was EXPLAINING the mechanisms in the body of not only enough water intake but also the CORRECT way to consume it - AND the importance of high quality salt like unrefined sea salt (as it is not only about sodium).

to top it up, listening to this exceptional book (which is fantastically narrated as well) helped me understand and implement the daily walks and their vital importance in the whole bigger picture (even with starting slowly and gradually building up).

all in all, I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
