reflective and an eye-opener

Blake reflection of the things he found on happiness will help you to see life, in both its macro and micro sense, a better place to be. Listening to this book is therapeutic. He also has done a great job narrating it.

Essential for every human!

You don't actually need to think that you are "suffering" to benefit from the immense wisdom in this book. It is a reminder to make sure you are living your life's purpose and draws from many sources, studies and inspirations so that it feels neither religious nor "new age" nor "self help" in genre, just true. Now I'm going to listen to it again from the beginning.
