"This is a comprehensive and definitive text audio-book on Yoga Nidra. It is also a great audio-book on the mastery of your life in general as well as a great decoding of the ancient Yogic knowledge put into a very understandable way. Unreal how. effective her audio is.

"I truly enjoy this audio and have listened to it dozens of times, several times a week. I have other Yoga Nidra audios but Adam Greco's voice, pace, and instructions are the best. She has a soft voice and maintains an even tone which is relaxing. I look forward to taking the time to listen, most often while I'm in the sauna for a double benefit!"

The best guided meditation

"I meditate daily, and have tried many relaxation techniques including yoga nidra but never experienced anything like this. I've used blue flame. visualization for heart healing before, so chose this rather than a star. After the meditation, it felt as if I had taken a quantum jump, my body felt completely different, in a very good way. Will absolutely use this before. going to sleep, to see how much it can improve sleep quality."

Grounding & Centering

"I really like this short and effective guided meditation. It is a bit different from other body scan type of programs I have experienced. It only lasts about 25 minutes and is perfect for daily practice. However, don't expect to use it as a sleep program. I find that it really focuses my mind and helps with concentration--but I feel alert and don't fall asleep while listening. Further, I can see why it would be great for soldiers and others with PTSD--it is very non threatening, calming and guides the listener back towards their center--often a scary place for people who have experienced a trauma. Adam Greco has a pleasant manner and voice. A positive experience--glad I gave it a try. Recommended."

Book For Life

"This is not just a yoga manual. It's a book for life. I read it every day and I'm constantly finding hidden gems. I highly recommend that you request this for Christmas, etc. and buy it for everyone you know. This guided meditation is so easy and peaceful, I think it is the very best I've heard. Relaxing and Enlightening

"After looking for ages I struck gold, this is an excellent aid for any aspiring yogi or person seeking a good meditative guide to tranquility. Worth the investment, I use it very often without tiring of the narrator. More than one variation to choose from.

I keep coming back to this one

"Yoga nidra calms me, gives me a great night sleep, and over time has helped me grow spiritually. SO RELAXING!!

Yoga for All

This book was a terrific overview of yoga, outlining the mental and physical health benefits. The author breaks it down in a way that is accessible and easy to understand. She outlines poses in a comprehensive way, along with pictures and precise description. I love that the author presents poses that focus on specific body parts, good for either rehab or toning. Calming. Good for managing anxiety.

"I find the narrator's voice soothing. The meditation involves visualising (she gives alternatives) a small blue flame moving from point to point on the body. I don't know why but this is both difficult (the mind wanders or one feels bored) and very physically relaxing. I found my breathing became deep and regular and my heartbeat normal. There are other Yoga Nidra options on Audible if you don't find this narrator's voice soothing.

Simple yet Transformative

"Yoga Nidra is simple, yet incredibly transformative! There are different stages, levels of experiences, each with their own unique and subtle energies to them. This book goes into great detail about each one, what they are like, and much much more. Excellent. Concise and effective.

I'd come across two Yoga Nidra recordings before, both of which seem quite good. They induced such a deep state of relaxation that I always fell into a sleep like state.This recording however has a different effect. Your relaxation is apparent but you remain conscious and your mind goes quiet. I felt energised yet serene at the end. It's not too long and not too short. The narrator's voice is soothing and calming.Perfect to start your day or when you are particularly stressed.
