This audio book is nothing short of outstanding. I found it to be absolutely fascinating, yet incredibly disturbing, that people like the ones Robert Hare describes actually exist in this world. I highly recommend this book for those that are interested in this sort of topic - there were a lot of “Oh My God” and eyebrow raising moments!! Loved it :)

I really enjoyed this. Very enlightening. Well written, consistently interesting and helpful. My sincere condolences to anyone reading this book for insight on a friend or family member though. Sounds like a pretty awful situation.

What other book might you compare Without Conscience to, and why?

Snakes in Suits as it deals with psychopaths in the workplace but its not as well written and researched as Without Conscience is, possibly because psychopaths in the community are harder to get solid evidence on.

What does Paul Boehmer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

He has a strong voice that adds an intensity to listening.
