Couldn't put it down!

I stopped listening to music in my car as well as all my other audiobooks to listen to this book. Now that I have finished it I proceed with my other books. I found it very interesting and easy to listen to.

No popular science here, this is based on studies and professional work, while still being highly applicable to life. I especially recommend it to be read before or as a compliment to The Power of Habit.
