This is a well explained

This is a well explained piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster

A serious attempt at weight loss

I have been listening to recordings for over two weeks now, since beginning a serious attempt at weight loss. Love This AudioBook!

Author was able to put into words the thoughts and feelings that I already had but couldn't solidify by any means. Because of this book I will never look at my emotional eating the same way again. I feel like author given me a freedom that I always had but didn't know that I had. I'm already looking forward to listening more of their work.

Another good listen .

This book was recommended to me by a friend, and this listen has dramatically changed my life. While being encouraged to assess the reasons why I eat what I eat, this book has led me into a "soul journey" where I am uncovering roots to personal dissatisfaction, emptiness,!!

Fantastic audiobook - about so much

The author has brought out a lot of issues for me that I have been mulling around in my mind. I will work on the things author said and I feel hopeful to break free of my eating compulsion. That's a great gift of a book.

This is an awesome audiobook
