5 stars for the book, 1 star for the performance!

Great book, very informative with heaps of exercises and practical tips but it was a pain to concentrate while listening to the robotic and emotionless narration.

EMPHASIS on understanding theory part.

If you're looking for practical exercises that chapter is number 21. Lots of theory but short on clear description of physical actions. Lots of telling you why you are stressed out which stressed me out.
