Informative AudiobookI'm impressed with this guide

I'm impressed with this guide. The vagus nerve also helps control the heart rate and blood pressure preventing heart diseases. While in the liver and pancreas, it's this nerve that controls blood glucose balance, preventing diabetes. I chose this guide from Amazon and got helpful ideas. Prescribed!

Something everyone needs to listen

The audiobook was quite dense for a layperson but after the initial explanatory section, I skipped to the places I needed to listen to. Within a few minutes of the exercises, my neck and shoulders felt more freed up than they have in years. We will have to continue the practice, hoping for more lasting results.

A ton of Valuable information gathered in here

After listening to this audible, I got the neurotransmitter supplements and worked on mastering the habits described to revitalize my vagus nerve. My vagus nerve was inflamed from the left side down and the pain was off the charts.
