Good listen

Great information,although vague. The reader couldn’t pronounce most medical terminology which was annoying. But still enjoyable if you’re patient.

Waste of time

This entire book could have been a 5 minute YouTube video. Also. the narrator doesn't even have a basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Wow nice book

I've been having some vagus nerve issues as of late and after innumerable specialists, perusing on the web, couldn't discover much on our vagus nerve as far as recuperating - this book was so astounding and brimming with best rehearses, it was EXACTLY what I was searching for. This book additionally helped me understand issues in relational connections and why I've had issues with specific individuals dependent on our own harmed sensory system.

Very helpful

I found it really helpful though some of it I already knew it did give me a few things to help me with toning my vagal nerves. I liked the voice and tempo of the reader but like I hers I was annoyed with his mispronunciations which were pretty bad. Overall I recommend this book.

Huge Information

A must for anyone working with bodies

Fantastic book!!! Really great exercises in the back. I am a psychotherapist who works somatically with my clients. I have taught each of my clients the exercises and they have all (literally) had relief from it. So wonderful!!!! Supports a regulated nervous system.

Changed my life

This is probably the most important book on health that I have ever listen, and I have listen PLENTY. The exercises are simple and easy to do. The hiatal hernia one stopped an issue immediately, to my great relief. Hiatal hernias have put me in a tailspin both physically and mentally, so you can imagine my relief.

Good therapy book

I loved this book. It’s a great perspective on the actions of the autonomic nervous system and what the system’s various components do in and for a person. The idea and experience of co-regulation of nervous systems between and among individuals is invaluable. Body centered but the mind is embedded in the body. Learning to regulate ones own system is the essence of therapy and this book really helps.

Informative book!

I'm impressed with this guide. The vagus nerve also helps control the heart rate and blood pressure preventing heart diseases. While in the liver and pancreas, it's this nerve that controls blood glucose balance, preventing diabetes. I chose this guide from Amazon and got helpful ideas. Prescribed!

Love this manual
