Lots of practical info

I love Pinky's practical gentle approach to parenting and this book doesn't disappoint. I feel I be some great tools under my belt now for helping me parent my little one who will be a toddler very soon. Definitely a must have book!

Not worth buying

Poorly written, does not go into much detail, glosses over topics and lacks any real structure.
Half of the book is basic anecdotal evidence and stories that feel as though the author has just plucked them from online forums.
The book is short and manages to be very repetitive as well.
The book doesn't really provide any information that I don't think you could find easily in online forums. Don't waste your money!

Not helpful to me

Most of the book was on how toddlers behave and why but not a lot on how to deal with the behaviours

Pronoun overload

Pages a great information. However, the use of pronouns makes it difficult to follow. They and their is fine, no need to swap between genders. Book possibly easier to read in text.
