I don't usually leave reviews...

I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time, mostly to say a huge THANK YOU to the author for, literally, changing my life.

Panic and anxiety are horrible horrible things and I really did think they were with me for life, until I listened to this book.

Am I 100% cured? No. But I am getting there and I am now doing things I thought were impossibly only a month ago.

This may sound cheesy and cliched, but I really do feel I have a new lease on life. Everything has changed.
