أقلعت الطائرة الخاصة صباح الخميس من مطار أثينا الدولي...كان "سفاليس" سعيدًا لقبول المغامرين الثلاثة وخالهم العقيد ممدوح ضيافته بعد أن توصلوا إلى حل لغز لوحة بيكاسو التي يملكها وجعله يدرك أنَّ اللوحة المعلقة في غرفة مكتبه مزيفة وأنَّ اللوحة الأصلية قد سرقت من قصره..

كان سارق اللوحة جالسًا معهم في الطائرة بجانب الضابط اليوناني سبيرو بعد أن كشف المغامرون الثلاثة سرّه الشديد الغموض وبعد أن أبدى هو رغبته في إعادة اللوحة عندما تمَّ إنقاذه من موتٍ محقق من قبل ابن صاحب اللوحة نفسه..

لكن المشكلة أنَّ الوصول إلى لوحة بيكاسو الأصلية لم يكن سهلًا كما توقع صاحبها اليوناني وكما اعتقد المغامرون الثلاثة فعلى ما يبدو أنَّ لغز هذه اللوحة ما زال يطاردهم فقد كانت مغامرة جيدة وغريبة بانتظارهم ما إن وصلوا إلى برشلونة، حيث قادتهم أحداثها المثيرة وذكاء "عالية" وقوّة ملاحظتها إلى أحد كهوف الغجر في غرناطة..فما الذي حدث هناك؟!
