Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I have to admit I was a little dubious when i first got this book and listened to the first few minutes - however, very quickly I started to receive a lot of very useful advice that I found very simple and easy to implement.I can honestly say my insomnia started to improve immediately and within a matter of a few weeks it was almost completely gone. I still have the occasional night where sleep is bad, but I have had a mammoth improvement since getting this book and I owe it a lot.
