In this audiobook, Rachel Reed demonstrates how childbirth can be reclaimed to center women and support birth physiology.

Worth the listen!
Loved the information I got from this audio book. It not only validated my experiences but it also gave me tools I needed to improve my overall health. Must read for mums especially those with grown children as it covers how long the affects can last and a lot of that generation of mothers worked as well as maintained the house all with little to no empathy or help from others.

Serrallach spoke right to me in my early motherhood. This book was easy to listen to and practical to apply. The easy suggestions made a positive impact during my postpartum recovery. It's great to hear someone address Western motherhood with insight not just from a clinical/medical view. This version is well read and comes with a helpful PDF download.
