I love Rachael Kable

I listen to Rachael Kable's weekly podcasts (fortunately I started late and have many to catch up on, so can listen daily). Rachael offers a fantastic perspective on attaining mindfulness, clarity and balance in life, with great pragmatic tips that are relevant for people who have busy lives and who are are inclined to put the wellbeing of others before their own.
Rachael's book is an extension of all the good things that make her podcasts so popular. I thoroughly recommend The Mindful Kind, it will change your life in the simplest of ways.
