it's interesting, but a bit odd. I wouldn't say it was my favourite book but it's entertaining.

Didn't love the Pontius Pilate storyline, but everything else was brilliant. The idea of the world of the Soviet Union meeting with black magic is wonderfully realized, and highly entertaining.

This book has great reviews so I gave it a go. Made it all the way to the end, helped along by the enthusiastic narrator, but I've no idea what I've just listened to ha. I did find myself zoning out a bit as I was a little lost between the stories.

Listened to this twice to get all of the nuances. A fabulous (literally) read. But you really need to concentrate.
