The Highly Sensitive Person - a complete guide for all sensitive people out there who want to have full control over their physical and emotional life.

You probably already heard or have been told that high sensitivity is a completely normal thing, and you shouldn’t worry about it. Well, in some cases, it is, but most of the time it affects you more negatively than positively - in other words, it is just an excuse not to do anything about it.

Fear, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, frustration - these are the most common words or combination of them that can describe highly sensitive people. The first thing you should understand is that everything happens in your childhood when your brain and other organs formate - first, you become a sensitive child and only then you become a highly sensitive adult.

In this book, we will teach you the most important, scientifically proved methods and strategies on how to develop mental toughness, reduce or get rid of high sensitivity, and finally start living a life of your dreams.

Take a look at only a few things you will get out of this book:

  • Five myths about highly sensitive people
  • Complete anger management guide
  • What are highly sensitive empaths, and why should you know about them?
  • One golden rule that no other self-help book will tell you about high sensitivity

I get many helpful ideas from this audio book.

This is one awesome audio book in my opinion. In addition to the recipes i particularly liked the introduction because it went into technical detail regarding diet and muscle building and it was well spoken.

I am so much interested to learn about this book.

Some important emotional needs are feeling in control, feeling respected, and feeling comfort. If your brain feels one of those needs is not being met, that can trigger the negative emotions.

So much useful information in this audio book has.

Slow down and focus on one element of your body’s reaction at a time. If you’re suddenly feeling anxious, notice what that feels like in your body.

This is a great audio book for anyone interested.

According to some researchers highly sensitive people are about one fifth of the population. They process sensory data much more deeply and thoroughly because their nervous systems are biologically different.

Remarkable clear that anybody ought to acknowledge

A highly sensitive person experiences the world differently than others. Due to a biological difference that they’re born with, highly sensitive people are more aware of subtleties and process information deeply.

This is a massive audio guide about this topics.

When you are experiencing very strong emotions, it can be difficult to think and act rationally. When you are angry or frightened, your body goes into a flight or fight mode, which can cause you to react emotionally instead of logically.
