Easy and clear
I have tried diet after diet and my menopausal weight won’t shift. I did the 28 days and although I haven’t lost weight, I feel like a different person. My energy has increased so much I don’t know what to do! I have cut down my sugar so much I probably have about one craving a day and that’s just boredom eating. I used to eat sweets all day, literally from sugar in my tea, chocolate croissants, lunchtime cake, snacks, treats, chocolate before bed. I am 50. Nothing has had this much of a positive impact on my habits before. I feel lighter in my body. I just feel great and have a little more of the confidence back that I had lost. Best buy ever. There is no requirement to change your diet - it just happens. 🎉

Love this method!
Jessie’s hacks have been a game changer for me and this is a great addition to her first book. I enjoyed the audible version, but the accompanying pdf is a must to get the most out of all the recipes.
